You can label the boxes by using a permanent marker and either marking directly on the box or putting a label or some tape on the box and writing on that.
Make a Plan
If you want to make sure your new office is set up in the most efficient way possible. There are different ways that you can do that. One is that you can write up a floor plan or a map before you get moved. If you make sure that you give a copy to all of your employees, they will know how you want it to be set up. That will cut down on your organizing and unpacking time. It will also cut down on questions by your employees when you are getting all ready on the other side.
You can always just tell them to go look at their map and figure it out from there. The quicker you can get your business back up and running and get your customers what they need without having to wait for a long time for you to get set up and organized.
